I ordered the Chipotle product and I purchased the carry bag and extra balls. I did not receive the carry bag or the extra balls. I emailed them because it is the only way I kniw to reach them and have not heard back. This was a Christmas present.

I have returned an item and followed up three times. Haven’t heard back nor received my refund. This was before Christmas that I purchased and was originally intended as a Christmas gift but ended up going in a different direction for the gift. I returned well before the return deadline. Even received a reference number from the company, yet no refund. Not only have I not received a refund, I’m not even receiving a response to my outreach. I even had to pay $65 to return! To say this is awful Customer Service is an understatement, this is a scam. I’m out well over $200.

I placed my order more than a month ago and have never received it! I have made more than two inquiries about it and still nothing! Not very happy nor am I impressed!

Hi Patrick - thanks for the review. We shipped your order using USPS on 11/10. USPS has been experiencing serious delays. When you reached out on 11/30, we contacted USPS who told us that the order should arrive within 1-2 days. It clearly has not and so we will ship out a new 12 pack of replacement balls. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Would just say that asking for reviews is a standard practice in e-commerce, so we are not alone here. For a small business, obtaining customer reviews is a key way to grow and let future customers know that the products we sell are good. This is especially important given the recent spike in online fraud during the pandemic - reviews from actual customers can help the good guys (real companies with real reviews) win over the bad guys (scammers who lie and steal). I've been waiting for an order i placed on Aug 16th. I bought 2 chippos. One was delivered last week. I am still waiting for the other with no word. I emailed last week - as there is NO WHERE to call and still have not heard back!!!!

It looks like it was accidentally marked as fulfilled at our warehouse, but a Chippo set was not shipped. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it ships. We also refunded you 10% as an apology for the inconvenience.

I bought this for my husbands father day , but after I bought find I wouldn’t receive until August! I should have cancelled then but didn’t . Gave it to my husband for his birthday 8/26, but he doesn’t like it! So now I’m stuck with this game that we won’t use!
