Hi Brad, Thanks for the review. We take a lot of care in the manufacturing process and receive many positive reviews about the quality of Chippo, so we are sorry to hear that you think it appears cheaply made. We purposefully don't make Chippo from wood so as to be lighter, more easy to transport and better suited for play with a light golf ball than a normal cornhole board. We print the basic directions on the box, and provide instructions to visit our website for the many variations of Chippo gameplay. This is something we have heard now a few times, though and we are definitely considering adding printed instructions, so thank you for the feedback! Brendan

Hi Jessica, thanks for the order and your patience with the pre-order process! We're glad you are having fun with Chippo! Thanks also for the feedback...for some background, we designed Chippo to be lighter and more flexible than a standard hardwood cornhole set. It is easier to transport and the balls bounce and spin off of the reinforced plastic & turf in a way that is much more fun and realistic. Appreciate your post, thanks again for the order!

Hi Alissa, sorry to hear this disappointed you, we appreciate the feedback. We are based in NY but have been making Chippo overseas since we launched. Customers are typically very happy with the quality of Chippo and we spend a lot of time making sure of this. We'd love to make Chippo in the US, it is quite challenging for a small company to do so in a cost effective manner; we'll keep trying though!

Hi Diane, thanks for the review. The long delay was of course due to the fact that we were sold out and Chippo was on backorder, which was communicated on our site and in emails. However, if the product was damaged in shipping, please email us and we will make it right. [email protected]. Thanks, Brendan

Hi William, Thanks for the review and sorry for the delayed shipping. We received a very large number of orders around the same time and due to covid-19 restrictions and associated delays, it took our warehouse a long time to get through the backlog. The influx of orders was so large that we sold out, and the lower price you to which you refer was because new orders were pre-orders and these customers had to wait 1 month+ to receive their order; so we offered a lower price to account for the longer than normal wait times.
