Received our Chippo game last week. It was worth the wait. The product is well made and everything arrived in tact and ready for fun! Took it on a mini-vacation and had a great time. Definitely worth it!

I was very impressed with the customer service response time. I ordered the Chippo golf set and knew it was on backorder (shipping in the next 3 months), but when I got my credit card bill, it had already been charged. I wrote to customer service to ask why (my experience with BOs has been that one gets charged when the order ships) and the response came immediately that if the order did not ship at the time promised, my credit card would be credited at that time. Unfortunately, I have yet to try the set out so I cannot comment on the actual game - I know it will be fun!
