I love the game
I love the game. It was out of stock when I ordered it. I got it in about the time stated. My only issue was when I ordered the travel bag. UPS said they delivered it but I did not get it. I waited 24 hours and contacted Chippo and the the response I got was if UPS said it was delivered then someone must have stolen it. Chippo had the insurance on it I didn’t. Not the response I would have expected. However, about 2 days later it turned up in my mailbox. UPS doesn’t put in mailbox. I assume it when to a neighbor and they put it there.

It was made in China
It was made in China, had I known that I would not have purchased it. It's very cheaply made, the appearance is very "cheap" looking. It' plastic, not wood. Not worth the price. Also would love to have printed directions for the games.

Hi Brad, Thanks for the review. We take a lot of care in the manufacturing process and receive many positive reviews about the quality of Chippo, so we are sorry to hear that you think it appears cheaply made. We purposefully don't make Chippo from wood so as to be lighter, more easy to transport and better suited for play with a light golf ball than a normal cornhole board. We print the basic directions on the box, and provide instructions to visit our website for the many variations of Chippo gameplay. This is something we have heard now a few times, though and we are definitely considering adding printed instructions, so thank you for the feedback! Brendan

I've been waiting for an order i placed…
I've been waiting for an order i placed on Aug 16th. I bought 2 chippos. One was delivered last week. I am still waiting for the other with no word. I emailed last week - as there is NO WHERE to call and still have not heard back!!!!

Hi Theresa, thanks for letting us know. We replied to your email and your second order will be shipped today. It looks like it was accidentally marked as fulfilled at our warehouse, but a Chippo set was not shipped. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it ships. We also refunded you 10% as an apology for the inconvenience.
