1. After ordering one large and one small bottle of perfume I sent an email to confirm order and got no reply. 2. I ordered two and only received one. 3. Waited to receive the second. After awhile I called. I was told they didn’t have it which they never let me know in the first place. He offered to send me another large size for the same price but I would have to pay for shipping. I told him I already paid and he collected. I then asked for my money back. Customer service is everything. If at first he had sent notice that they had to back order. By taking the payment and not letting the customer know is what really got me. Small business or not this is not how to grow a business.

Got ripped off I will never use you again Do yourself a favor JUST DON'T USE THESE JERKS They responded as expected You got what you ordered Well they don’t exactly show you what you’re getting So again, learn from me and stay away By the way Getting a refund would take more of my valuable time to these jerks
Response from ChiosnyMay 15, 2023
Hi Robert - Thank you for taking your time to leave your comment and stating that we are Jerks. We sent you exactly what you purchase. However...you didn't bother to contact us to request a refund if you didn't feel pleased. We do appreciate your purchase. Regards Jon Customer Service Manager

Pamela
They send fake perfumes in sample tubes that just say fragrance. Trying to get a refund and their email is coming back undeliverable and the phone number is google voice. I now have dispute submitted with PayPal
Response from ChiosnyFeb 7, 2023
Hi Pamela i am sorry to hear that you feel that way. Our items Are NOT Fake. The item is a hand-decanted sample. The original bottle on the main picture is not for sale, it just shows the original bottle from which perfume will be decanted. Therefore, the customer will receive the authentic fragrance poured from original bottle into a new sterile vial. PLUS we sent you pictures of all the items we have. The size of the vial is your choice.
