HI Tammy am sorry to hear you feel this way. You are not being totally honest here. The item is not a KNOCK OFF. The item you received has a different packaging which all fragrance houses change packaging within a certain time frame. However we offer to issue full credit as long the item was sent back even being open. You refuse to do so. You wanted the item and the full credit which is not possible.

Am sorry you feel that way, our aim is to provide the best customer service possible. There are some items we simply cannot lose money specially with high end items.
