I sent multiple emails and messages requesting an address change on my order because I was unable to cancel and re-order. You shipped it to an old address, so I basically wasted that money.

Order #2743. Ordered and confirmed March 31st, then refunded on April 1st. No communication as to why or if there is anything I can do. Product is still available online so it doesn't appear to be out of stock. Lost my current and future business and anyone who asks me about your store.

Hi Joshua. Unfortunately we are short handed therefor we are not updating as fast as we could our site. Sometimes we run out of stoke in the physical store and it takes days for us to update the site and for that we apologize.
