I'm so impressed with Chinese Laundry's customer service that I had to take the time to write this review. I returned a pair of shoes that were too big on a Monday. I paid for them to be shipped through UPS. The shoes were received and processed one day later and an email sent to me to confirm their arrival. On Wednesday morning the credit was sent to my account. WOW! I've never ordered through this company before but I definitely will be in the future because I appreciate their quick turn around if I have a problem.

I had bought a pair of CL shoes at Nordstroms which developed a problem -- the beads over the toes fell off. Nordstroms no longer had the shoe and referred me to the manufacturer. This was at least 3 months after purchase. CL asked me to send them photos of the shoes, and the receipt, which I did. Then CL replaced the shoes. Amazing! Thank you.

I purchased the tippy top platform heels in beige and sent them to the wrong shipping address. I immediately emailed Chinese Laundry but since it was the weekend, I was worried the email wouldn't reach them in time and my heels would be sent to my billing address rather than my shipping address. I received an email first thing monday morning with the change of address from Chinese Laundry and my gorgeous heels came right on time! Very happy I purchased them online!!

I purchased 4 pairs of shoes directly from the Chinese Laundry website as I have had their shoes in the past and knew exactly what to expect regarding the size and quality of the product. The shoes arrived well packaged and exactly as I had ordered them. I am very pleased with the product I received.
