Chinese LaundryReviews of chineselaundry.com

I love the shoes I bought for my daughter. The staff were extremely helpful and I received my shoes shortly after ordering them. My only complaint would be is that I wish all shoes came in a size 5. My daughter is tiny and isn't growing anymore. She wears a 5. If I could get 5's in all Chinese laundry shoes, I would buy a lot more .

This by far is my favorite shoe. I love the style and the color. They fit true to size and are comfortable.

I really love Chinese laundry shoes and have for like 10 years now! You website is great and so are the people in customer service, very accommodating and well trained in product knowledge! I will always be a customer! Just wish more places in NJ and the east coast sold your shoes as i always like to try shoes on before i buy them. Every shoe fits different and if it doesn't fit well then the whole shipping back return process takes forever and is annoying and your waiting for the correct size to come for another entire week! Us women like our clothes and shoes right away, we get excited!! Which brings to my next point, also living on the east coast it takes about 8 business days for the shoes to get here, unless you pay an obscene amount of money for faster shipping. i hate waiting that long and yes i realize you are across the country but so is Bebe and Marciano as well as many skincare companies i use and they get it here in like 3 days 4 max and that w free shipping! Just a suggestion to maybe rethink your shipping method cause its really the only thing that turns me off from ordering more then i do.

My shoes are super cute the only problem is they took long to come . Other then that great business.

Love these heels! Very comfy!

Love love love them

Ordered two pair of shoes for an upcoming vacation. First pair where canceled by Chinese Laundry quality control. Second pair I received and they literally fell apart when trying them on. Put them on and walked on carpet and immediately saw black specks. Upon closer look realized that the heel tips on both shoes completely disintegrated. I did contact their customer service and was treated nicely. They did send a shipping label to have the shoes sent back which I did with the bits of heels along with the shoes. Very, very disappointed with the shoes and could not in good coconscious order from this company again.

Loved my shoes, shipping was quick, and the website is super easy to navigate.
