Still so frustrated. Won't be ordering from them again

Half of my order was canceled withrout my knowing so until the delivery arrived. I saw the pending charges on my account but when they canceled one of my items because they didn't actually have it in stock, the final charge o my reflected one order. I was never notified about the shortage. It took over a week to get a response from customer service and no consolationwas offered. Their inventory system sucks and their customer support is worse.

My order was declined and Chinese Laundry shipped and charged me. I then had to pay to return. Very dissatisfied. I couldn't even call, no phone number.

I purchase a pair of booties on Monday 9/20 with the intent of wearing them at the end of that week... Shipment said they were in stalk arriving 1-2 business days. Ordered on a Monday shipped out on a Tuesday, you'd think I'd have them by the end of the week like it said at my check out. Over w week later and still I do not have the booties...

I'm currently in the process of obtaining proof of signature/delivery from FedEx after USPS dropped it off on Monday, September 21st, but I am having a difficult time. My apartment complex doesn't have the package. It stinks to have paid $45 and your package lost. Hopefully, I will get some answers soon.

Took my items 3 weeks to get in. Don't use FedEx or USPS, y'all need to use UPS. Going to return them as soon as they get in.

I was not happy at all with my purchase. The quality in the picture looked much better than the actual product. The shoe did not fit true to size. It was too big. Although I did find the shoe to be comfortable, the material felt flimsy and cheap. I decided to return the shoe. I ended up paying $20 to return a $90 pair of shoes. Terrible return policy. Very disappointed. Will not be purchasing from Chinese Laundry website again.

Paying for return shipping is a pretty standard practice of retailers. I'm very disappointed that this is not a standard practice of your company. I WILL not purchase from you again.
