I ordered 2 pairs of the same boots in different colors- black and brown. I received an email saying the brown boots shipped, while the black boot order had been cancelled. I contacted customer service for explanation (because the explanation was vague and didn't make sense) and the response I received still didn't answer my question. Ultimately, I'm happy that half of the order was cancelled (who knows why) because the quality of the boots is actually very poor. You get what you pay for!

The website was user-friendly. I was able to find exactly what I needed with just a few clicks. Having PayPal as a payment option is always a plus for me. I only had 2 minor issues: (1) The shipping address was listed incorrectly on my confirmation page, and (2) The shipping options were not very clear. I called the main number and the rep was very friendly and helpful. I received my order a little later than I expected but they got in right before the weekend so it was fine by me.
