Their customer service team just straight up doesn't respond. *If* a live person picks up the phone they're pretty nice, but most of the time you'll hit their voicemail and sometimes not even that during business hours. My order from over a month ago has still not shipped and the company has ignored my (polite) emails, voicemail, web contact form, and even the paypal dispute I opened. I think my only hope is getting a chargeback from paypal now. Avoid.

I ordered online two pairs of shoes on 10.30.20 using after pay, there was a sale get 30% off each pair of shoes. I input the promo code but the order went thru without it and charged me full price. I thought no big deal I’ll just call and email them. After about ten messages on the customer service line and website they corrected it! I’m really thankful for this! Now it has been since 11.03.20 that they have created a label for my shipping!! But nothing has happened since then!! Nothing!!! My shoes are just sitting in the Chinese laundry warehouse collecting dust!! So now I’m compelled to call and leave messages for someone to tell me when I should be receiving my order? I have left several online and on the phone! Don’t order if your expecting to receive them within two weeks. Never again will I deal with this company!! STEVE MADDEN WOULD NEVER!!!! *UPDATE* my order was cancelled by Chinese Laundry and a refund issued! The never even attempted to ship my order! This was literally a complete waste of time!

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an order for around $115 and they charged me immediately. After about 2 weeks of the tracking saying awaiting UPS scan i called customer service for Chinese Laundry and left a voicemail. Never got a call back. I emailed and didn’t get a reply so I dm them on instagram. They eventually got back to me there. After three weeks of getting a run around and me chasing them for replies they finally sent me a claim sheet to fill out. They didn’t attempt to find the package and immediately said they issued me a full refund. It seems to me they created a shipping label and never sent my order out and their customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t order from this company and risk getting ripped off like I did. My refund didn’t go through yet so hopefully it will. I got the run around until I told them I would contact my credit card company.

THE WORST! I have never taken the time out of my day to write a review so you know for a fact that my experience was absolutely horrible. So, I made an order with Chinese Laundry, paying with my AfterPay account. And my order had been processed for OVER A WEEK so naturally, I canceled it because I found out that Zappos carried the same shoes in my size(with only 1 DAY OF FREE SHIPPING THRU THEIR ZAPPOS APP)! Anyways, the customer service lady from Chinese Laundry apologized and canceled my order. I got an email saying my order was canceled right away. Perfect I thought...that was easy. THEN, I check my account Friday night and they took $180 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT OUT OF NOWHERE?? First of all, my boots were $70 so i dont even understand the random amount of $180. SECOND AND MOST IMPORTANTYL IS THAT I PAID FOR MY ORDER WITH AFTERPAY SO I HAVE NO IDEA HOW CHINESE LAUNDRY GOT MY BANK ACCOUNT INFO!!!!!!!! AND TOOK A RANDOM CHUNK OF MONEY OUT OF NOWHERE AFTER CANCELING MY ORDER WILLINGLY. WAITING FOR 8 AM ON MONDAY SO I CAN GIVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND AND MY $180 BACK. RIDICULOUS.

Just received a pair of Nima pumps purchased directly from their website instead of at DSW where I originally bought other pairs of the same shoe. One shoe has a cracked finish on the entire back of the shoe which is very visible, showing the white material underneath the external finish. If they had a QC process they would have caught this product before it was shipped out. Instead, they shipped me garbage and now I get to return it and still pay for the shipping which is non-refundable. I've called Customer Service and no one answers, no one responds to voicemails. Also their contact form on their website does not work at all -- it will not process the form. Stay away from this company, it is a complete scam!

Terrible. The straps on my sandals broke after only wearing them 4 times. Wrote to customer service 3 times with no reply. Will not buy from them again .

I would give a negative star. I wore shoes only twice both for a little while. The second time I wore them the straps broke. I try to return to store where I purchase and they would not refund or exchange with my receipt. I am so disappointed in the company, just taking people hard earn money.
