My order was placed easily and shipped quickly. Love the boots, they fit perfectly. Being 6 ft tall it's hard to find over the knee boots that actually reach over my knee and these are perfect. Only complaint is that some of the stitching is unraveling along the back side of the boot, they were like this when I opened them. I haven't worn them yet but I'm hoping it won't unravel completely.

I ordered the Tippy Top heels in Nude but the color I got wasn't the one on the site. It was less orange and it wasn't matte as depicted in the picture. However, I still like the shoe and will be keeping it. Chinese Laundry customer service was great. I was not e-mailed the 15% discount code but after reaching out to them via e-mail, they gave me the option of applying the discount to my previous purchase or by giving me a discount for my next purchase. I chose to have a discount on my previous purchase and they reimbursed money back into my account. It was a prompt transaction. Thank you!

These are amazing def fit over my knees and I have long legs. They do slip down a bit so I have to pull up every now and then but for the price vs SW 5050 well worth it. A def buy!!!!

I love these booties! They are gorgeous and look great with a dress or jeans. After reading the reviews, I sized up half a size and I'm glad I did! Only downside is they are so hard for me to get on and off!

Chinese Laundry delivered my shoes very quickly. They seemed to be nice quality shoes, but were too big. So, I had to return them. I have very narrow feet so it's often hard to get shoes that fit, even when I'm in a store. Not sure if I'll buy shoes on line again.

The ordering experience was very positive I received my shoes yesterday and tried them on. They are very pretty. I can't speak to the durability yet because I have not worn them. I will say, however, that the shoes are extremely hard and I will have to go purchase some type of foot bed padding to be able to wear them.

Super cute and look exactly as pictured. I ordered a half size up based on other reviews and it was definitely the right way to go. They were still hard to get on (as others had mentioned) but just use a shoe horn. Much easier!

You can see from my history that the flats I wear at yours but I am starting to look for a cheaper alternative. Your flats wear out very quickly and you can see from my history I purchase the same shoes. You also neec to offer duscounts to freqent purchasers like me and free shipping at all prices.
