I purchased the Garden Sandal in blush, very cute! However, they run big! Too big for me & the size down was not available online. I sent my return back weeks ago & have been waiting for my refund to pop onto my credit card but nothing so far. The purchase & product are great, however, the SLOW return process is a drag.....I probably wouldn't order again due to that issue.

Please be more like Amazon with free return shipping. I ordered two pairs of shoes that were not a good fit and it was expensive to return.

These shoes, which in the industry are labeled "pageant" shoes make any womens legs look long, svelte and sleek. The rest of the issue is the pain on the balls of your feet. I am in agony every step of the way. Could Chinese Laundry develop a padding system in the ball or the whole of the footpad to make the long walk pageant girls must perform without pain. I just don't understand. I would pay more for comfort. Let me know. I continue to use my beautiful pageant shoes but the smile is really pain in disguise!!!!

there was a random screw In the sole of my boot... I was walking and noticed that something was not right at the arch of my foot but brushed it off. I got home and took my shoe off and looked to see what it was, and there was a screw sitting horizontal at the arch of my foot. luckily it didn't hurt me, and I was able to take it out.

I recently purchased the Laurel bootie in the nude color. They are very cute, however not comfortable at all. They are also somewhat difficult to walk in, and I'm no stranger to high shoes. i wish the shoes had a little more cushion to them

I ordered the Savvy pump in grey with no problems. My only issue is that I have long, narrow feet and the shoe did not fit around the top of my foot- too much space. The design of the sides of the shoe was very pretty with the ruffle but it also felt a bit sharp. I wish had fit into them!
