Chinese LaundryReviews of chineselaundry.com

Shoes didn't fit anywhere near expected; not only that, they didn't fit in a way where I knew getting a new size would help. As there's no store near me, paying shipping both directions meant I essentially paid for nothing except my own time wasted. First and last time buying Chinese Laundry shoes and using this website.

I loved them online and couldn't wait to get them in but when they came they were nowhere near camel color and they ran very small. They were still cute but not what I thought I had ordered.

Fabulous looking shoe, fits true to size, needs a slight platform and softer leather around toe. Loved the look but uncomfirtable to wear. Poor design that just needs tweaked, because this shoe could have been a homerun!

I had been waiting for 2 pair of shoes to be in stock in my size... When they finally were I ordered them both. One is precious; one is not even close to fitting. When trying to return I wasn't able to find instructions so I emailed them. Shipping is not refunded and return shipping is out of pocket... For shoes that are obviously incorrectly sized!! There are too many other companies for online shoe shopping with stellar customer service for me to consider shopping at this site again.

I shop online 95% of the time. Every retailer I deal with pays for return shipping. No hassles. The shoes I ordered were too small and I read the reviews prior to ordering- Nothing was noted about ordering a half size or so up. I wasn't pleased about having to pay return shipping, so I emailed customer service to just see if they would be so kind to make an exception. Nope. I returned them promptly and will have no problem buying shoes elsewhere. My suggestion is too get on board with all the others in the online world and take care of shipping both ways. The shoes are expensive too, adding additional return shipping just sticks the knife in alittle further as if your not already upset that the size you normally order doesn't fit for some reason.

I have purchased the Extra Credit flats several times and the last two times the sizing has been slightly off and the shoes have literally come apart after only a week of wearing. Literally. The sole has come off of the shoe after several days and the metal shoe tip was off after the first day of wearing. I love the look of them but the quality is not like it was.. no bueno.

i have several pairs of Mary Janes, size 9, the pair I received is very narrow compared to the ones I own. Not happy about that at all. The shopping experience was uneventful so 2 stars.

So I totally love the look of these shoes...cool, trendy...can wear with shorts or skinny jeans but they are much too tall without a platform. They hurt the ball of your foot, ankle and back of your leg because the heal is much too high. I've only worn them 2 times in several months and both times I had to take them off before the end of the night and my feet were killing the next day.
