I ordered a pair of booties from Kristin Cavallari's line that got rave reviews. I wear between a 7.5/8 and somehow missed the reviews that the shoes ran small, so I ordered a 7.5. Like everyone said, they were a tad bit too small and my toes hung over the edge. I had to go out of town for work and ended up getting stuck for longer than expected so when I finally shipped the shoes back, I was about a day later than the exchange time window allowed. To my surprise, no questions asked by CL, I got the exchange processed and the correct size sent within the next week. I was very happy with the customer service and I am obsessed with the shoes! Thanks!!
