Great first-order experience!
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the same size - 1 fit like a glove; others too small . . . but this happens often because of different style, manufacturer, etc. . . so not citing this as a concern. I was quickly notified via email with confirmation of return and feel it is being handled in a timely manner.

awesome shoes!!!!

I Heart Chinese Laundry
Love everything about Chinese Laundry. They have beautiful quality products that last a long time. They also have very good deals from time to time! Love them! Some of my most favorite pairs of shoes I own have come from Chinese Laundry.
