Chinese LaundryReviews of chineselaundry.com

Although my order was mixed up a little for awhile, customer service was super! Thank u I will tell my friends about Chinese Laundry!!!

I bought from Chinese laundry because they are a proud sponsor of miss USA. The sponsored shoe is comfortable and makes you feel tall and beautiful!

They send lots of emails to make sure everything went okay. The product looks really great and came very protected. It also arrived pretty fast. The only thing I didn't like was how the shoe heel feels unsteady, but besides that it looks good with every outfit.

I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone regarding a price discrepancy that was advertised compared to what the price was online. He was extremely helpful and offered to accommodate the advertised price as well as offering me 15% off for being a first time customer. He took my order over the phone, got everything taken care of and was very nice to speak with on the phone. The customer service that I received from this representative was top notch and my shoes came in 5 days. Because of such a wonderful experience I had with this representative and company, I will definitely be ordering more shoes from Chinese Laundry in the future. Thank you for the excellent customer service! :)

fast delivery and great product!

My experience was very good. The representative was knowledgable about the products and even got the shoes shipped right on time for a special event. I would recommend this company without a doubt.

Ordered shoes that I had ran all over the city looking for, received them sooner than expected, Great service. Love my shoes!

The shoes fit like a glove. They go with anything I wear. I totally recommend heels.com.
