With past purchases I have always experienced great customer service. I'm in between sizes when I wear their shoes so I have to be careful when buying them online. I just wish that the company would branch out and bring a Chinese Laundry to Chicago. I hate how long I have to wait especially for a shoe that is popular. If they had a store here I could accurately try their mechandise.

Although, the shoes arrived within the time frame promised, it seemed to take an inordinate length of time - nearly 2 weeks. When the shoes arrived they were just as cute as they appeared on line, however, they were way too big. I am a solid size 8.5 in all shoes, the shoes were an 8.5, however they fit like they were a 9.5. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

Ordering was good, shipping was a bit slower than I would have liked, but the shoes arrived within a reasonable time. The problem with the shoes was the fitting. They are the right size but they don't fit right. They are way too uncomfortable for me to be able to wear. Not the company's fault.

I loved shopping the flash sale, my first ever! Checkout was fast and easy. My boots arrived 2 days ago and they are just like they looked in the picture. Thank you!

Shoes look exactly like on the website, I got them rather quickly in a sealed package. Drawback: they were to notify me on my email account when the package is on its way and when delivered, and they never did. Other than that, just fine!

I love my over the knee suede boots! They are super comfortable and the suede is really well made they look like expensive boots for a great price, the only thing I don't like is my calves aren't big enough to keep them up so I do find myself pulling them up often, perfect in your normal size

The shoes I ordered were slightly defective & too small. I called when customer service was supposed to open but it didn't, then it just kept ringing, then it said the line was busy, and then I finally got an answer. I think it's a little weird that the company is pretty big but only has one main line. Either way when someone finally answered he was very helpful & pleasant. He sent me a return label right away, and I should be expecting my new shoes in about 2 weeks. Thanks Dave you were awesome.

The boots arrived very quickly and were just like the picture, they're just too wide for my calves. I have this problem with most boots because my calves are so slim. They would look great on someone with normal sized legs! lol
