New but visible areas of wear to toe and heel

The company has super cute shoes- especially Kristin C's line. The problem is every pair of shoes fits differently. If the shoes don't fit, you can send them back but at a charge to you. I think this is terrible customer service, especially since so many shoe companies offer free returns. For example, I had to pay $12 to send back a pair of shoes through the post office. This was the cheapest method they had, but the shoes were only $45 on sale. So now I'll only be getting back $33. It's just frustrating. I would order so many more times from them if they had free returns.

I am wanting to express how disappointed I am in a recent purchase. I had bought a pair of sandals, the sudoku twill wrapped sandals and had them for 5+ years. After they broke, I knew I wanted another pair because the quality was fantastic. I wanted another pair of sandals I could wear religiously that would hold up. However, this pair of sandals, the same style and color, that I just bought are a joke. I couldn't have been wearing them for more than 12 hours and the brown "leather" on the sole starting peeling off and now the sole looks leopard. This is ridiculous. I don't know how the same exact shoe bought 5 years apart could be so different in terms of quality. Different manufacture? Sitting in warehouse? Cheaper materials? All I know is my 5+ year old sandals looked better than these but the toe strap broke so I couldn't wear them anymore.

The heel is really weak after a couple of days wearing kinda feels like they will snap and this is my first week wearing them everyday. Me and other models feel the same about the heel also. Plus the inside of the heels is already peeling off.

Was really excited for some Kristi Cavallari shoes, but both pairs are extremely small! Her size 8 is more like normal size 6. Sending them both back. Disappointing.

Would've been a great chukka rain boot, but too small. Ordered in my regular size 9, but need a 10 of which is sold out! Drat!

I bought these shoes to go with my birthday dress. They are super cute but uncomfortable ( Even w/ extra support inserts). The space between the metal part and sole felt weird ( why design a shoe where the sole doesn't extend all the way?). Dinner shoe... Yes . Clubbin' shoe ...No
