I've worn the boots I purchased ONCE, and in less than 4 hours the leather is ripped away from the stitching alongside the zipper. Of course I can't return them, as the soles now show signs of wear n tear...

I still have not received my boots from the mail service. When I checked my tracking number it says that I was delivered but yet I have not received them. I have talked to the mail man about this and hope that I getvthem soon. A lot of money for no boots!!!!!

Ordered from 4 other stores at the same time and the orders SHIPPED for free... at least a week before Chinese Laundry. If I'm going to pay for shipping at least speed up the processing. Thankfully the shoes fit.

I have not even received my order yet, so I would say the shipping from the company is terrible.

They are cheap looking and the gold sole is very tacky. I fell in love with the shoes after seeing them on the Internet. If I had seen them in person, I never would have bought them. They also run very small which is another sign of poor quality. I am glad I only paid $51 for what were originally $149 shoes. They are cheap looking and poor quality even at the $51 price!

I bought a pair of KC heels for the first (and likely last) time. The shoes showed up with stains on the suede and are cheaply made. I didn't expect much in the quality dept since the price point is so low, but the stains were disappointing.

I am very disappointed in the amount of time that it took for this order to ship. Two weeks, and the person I ordered the shoes for was here for most of that time and is now home. Now I have to ship it to her and still waiting for a free shipping sticker so as not to have to pay for that. The amount of routing and rerouting by Fedex between pickup (two days after notification) and delivery (seven full business days) was excessive.
