My shoes arrived defective which should have been caught before shipping. Cust. Service was polite and accommodating.

I wear 8.5 and I ordered my size and they runs large about 1 size. They look nice but large. Need to return or exchange and I need to pay for the shipping eventhough it wasn't my fault. You should be more specific about the size.

Sizing was waaayyyy too big and the exchange process was made stressful by a lack of confirmation emails

More sales and please make the shoes more comfortable to wear

The shoes were super cute, however the quality of shoe and return policy is severely lacking.

I had some trouble ordering shoes from the CL website twice in the past. i would order something, complete the purchase and then get an email a day or so later saying my order would not be filled and that the shoe was not available. This was frustrating and I feel that I should have been offered something for my trouble, maybe a coupon or something to show I was a valued customer. Most recently I ordered something and there were no issues! I was happy with that, but I still have my eye on my email after I order something because I'm not sure if it still may be cancelled later.

Took too long to ship.

We found a pair of boots that we loved, so we ordered them; they were the wrong size. There is no return label, so we ended up having to pay for shipping, back, to get the new size.
