Free shipping method they offer is not reliable. The shoes I ordered never arrived and the company refused to issue me a credit or replacement of my order.

package was delivered at my door step in a apartment complex with no required signature. package was then missing, contacted the post office and was unsuccessful with getting my package back. I then contacted Chinese Laundry and they promised to resent another pair of shoes and were never delivered. I had to re contact the company and ask why it was not delivered, they were unsure why. at that point just wanted my money back but instead they sent over another package.. the whole process was over a month and a half, perhaps a little more.

I wore my flip flops 1 time and for only 3 hours. After 3 hours the shoes broke. It was extremely embarrassing because I was on my cruise when they broke

I use to always purchase chinese laundry shoes years ago and was always satisfied. But now I've noticed the quality went down and the prices went up. I just ordered three pairs of shoes and I'm returning two. Their shoes use to be true to size, but not anymore. I'm a petite woman and I have small ankles. I use to like chinese laundry because the shoes would fit me perfectly. Now they all fit too big! They are not even comfortable shoes. The pair that I'm keeping are slightly big but I will try to work with those( and I went down a half size). This is the last time I'm ordering from chinese laundry. The shoes no longer fit my small feet. I am not satisfied. I gave it one star because the the quality and cut are not how they use to be and now I have to take the time and send the shoes back. What a waste!

I purchased a pair of shoes and was sent an email saying that the order was cancelled with no explanation. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was 'probably' out of stock although it was still listed on the website as available. When I pressed for a definitive explanation the 'customer service' rep became annoyed and acted like it was too much trouble to find out why my order was cancelled. he rushed me off the phone and said he would call me back but of course he never did. Although some of their shoes are nice I have decided never to purchase from them again nor allow my daughter to do so. I have found them to be rude and unresponsive and they have just lost two customers.

I paid extra for some BS shipping. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time or money. I would have rated this company with no stars but that isn't an option.
