As soon as I saw that they were deceiving me about the price and about what they were selling me, I closed the window and didn't complete the transaction. But somehow they managed to charge me anyway, even though I didn't actually order anything.

This is the worst scam ever perpetrated in USA. This Chillwell I bought it worked only for 3 months and after that it went completely dead! When I I tried calling customer service I was told that there was nothing they could do because I had not purchased an extended warranty. I paid a total of $121 dollars for this piece of garbage and now I have to throw it out. Don’t waste your money on this item Warning:: Scam! Scam!

Chillwell is one of the most untrustworthy companies I have ever purchased (or almost purchased) an item from. They tell you one price and bill you a higher price. Good luck trying to get them on the phone. You just get a pre-recorded message- no-one ever calls back. WORST COMPANY EVER

They lost my shipment and will not respond, other than through their third party "customer service" rep, who just stonewalls.

Unit broke after using a few months. The charger they give you does not fully charge the unit and it is low quality.

I'd rather not give any stars, but that isn't an option. I haven't done any business with this company, but I received an email on August 20 thanking me for my order, dated August 21; it even included an order number. I was surprised to get the email, since I never placed an order with them. I called my credit card company to make sure there wasn't a charge pending, and was told it was probably a phishing attempt.

Piece of crap. Cools a square foot of that. Pain in the … to use. Tried to return it … nothing. Not a sound, second time offered 50% off, again nothing.
