I bought six units with the intention of giving them to people that I know that did not have air-conditioning. I hooked one up and followed the directions, soaked the little filter in water and stuck in the freezer for an hour filled the water level up to max put a few ice cubes in it and it blew real cold for like the first four minutes Then it shut off on its own and when I try to start back up, it would only stay on for a minute. I called the company & complained about the products and she said well there’s $15 and something in shipping and handling I said “ Are telling me I have to pay to mail this junk back to you?” Originally it charged to my credit card and I disputed it with the credit card and somehow they got my bank card information. I don’t know how and they charged my bank after the credit card had disputed it so when I called them and I told him I want my money back and I’m gonna put it on Line about what a rip off this is I got all my money back but the shipping and handling and I got to keep the little paperweights because that’s what they are. They’re worthless.

I purchased 2, one still in box, the one I'm using will cool but even at its lowest setting I'm only able to get 2 hours of run time, and recharging takes longer than that, the plug with a wall outlet was not with the packaging and I may be using a incorrect wall plug?

Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei, hält aber nicht das Versprechen einen Raum zu kühlen. Wenn man in der Nähe ist, merkt man eine leichte Abkühlung. Wollte das Gerät zurücksenden aus den obigen Gründen. Bekam allerdings keine Adresse in Europa und auch mein Geld trotz rückgabegarantie nicht zurück. Darum Finger weg von dieser Firma.

The chillwell 2.0 blows cooler air then a small fan. It has to be very close to you to feel anything at all. I was first disappointed when I went to purchase it from the company and thought the total was going to be $80 but then the shipping added up to $100. They also try to get you to buy all the extras before you check out. I should have known when they say “limited time deal” or “they are going fast” I did receive it in a week which is good. They also don’t give you a shipping confirmation which was strange. You have to look it up on a separate website. I did watch some reviews on YouTube before buying but most of them must have been payed advertisements. “to good to be true” There was a few YouTubers that were honest. The replacement cartridge is $34! So not looking forward to that. I also thought about returning because they advertise this great money back guarantee but get this- It has to be new and unused!!! How is anyone going to decide if they like it if they can’t try it first? So with that I am stuck with it and will use it when I am cooking in my hot kitchen this summer. I have to keep it on the counter at full speed, with a frozen cartridge, cold water and ice on top to get any kind of cool air blowing. At full speed with the boost it only runs for just under 1 hour then you have to plug it in or recharge. They are asking way to much$$ for this and it’s replacement cartridges. With what I get out of it it’s worth half or less of what it’s sold for.
