Grandkid delight
Nice t-shirt, ran a little smaller than I thought and have not washed it yet so hoping it does not shrink. Grandkids think it is super cool, especially when they see their names.
Response from Chillever.comJun 7, 2023
Thank you for your feedback and we're glad to hear that your grandkids love the t-shirt! Regarding the size, we apologize if it ran smaller than expected. We always aim to provide accurate sizing information, but sometimes there may be slight variations. As for washing, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label to ensure it maintains its quality. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thanks again for your purchase and hope to see you again soon!

I had a milestone blanket made for my granddaughter-the first one arrived promptly with an unexpected birth month circled. I contacted the company to explain my disappointment and they promptly sent a new replacement blanket to my satisfaction. When companies make customer satisfaction their priority they are a great company. Kind regards, Janet Vasileff

Chillever is the best
Chillever is the best! The quality of the shirts are very good and they customize what you specify accurately. I needed some shirts customized for a weekend event with a pretty fast turnaround. The customer service agent that was handling my request provided an estimate of the turnaround time so I would know in advance to proceed or not. They were spot on about the turnaround time and I received the shirts within the time that I needed them. They looked even better in person than online. Thanks again!

Willing to work with you!!!
The people at Chillever worked with me through several emails and steps so I was able to get a personalized custom, one of a kind blanket for our 16 year old granddaughter! We were very pleased with the blanket and she loved how soft it was!
