Still have yet to receive item ordered it on November 24th says it shipped on the 10th of December and still has yet to be received by usps.

I ordered an ornament over two weeks ago with no confirmation of order ID, all I know is my account was charged. I have emailed chillever twice with no response. Update: I placed my order on 26Nov21 and recieved it 04Jan22, and it is nothing like the picture on the website. Chillever did refund the cost of shipping.

I order friends blankets and the girl in the middle has black arms and white legs. I've emailed them several times and nothing 🤯🤯🤯🤯 i just want my money back and what I order& paid to be fixed please my order number is PP66491 I order 2 blankets please fix both of them.. Thanks

Haven’t received order that supposedly shipped 24Nov2021 as of 03Dec2021. Tracking information says the package is waiting to be delivered to USPS location. We’ll see if they respond to my inquiry. Will update review if I actually receive the stocking.

I ordered a dog door sign on November 14 and haven’t received it. When I try to track my order the website doesn’t respond. It’s a Christmas present. Very disappointed.

I have place a order back on November 20th and I havnt recieved a email on my order and the order was for a firefighters couple ornament and I have checked my email and spam folders so be nice if you could give me a response back thanks

I have not received product yet, so I cannot comment on that. I will say that I never received any type of receipt or confirmation of purchase, yet money was immediately taken from my account. I even emailed to the contact information about this and to inquire about changing shipping address, but did not receive any response. Your request for a rating is all I have received. I only hope the product, if I actually receive it, will be worth this frustrating experience.

I placed an order and received a tracking number. My order is supposed to be shipped through DHL but they haven’t received anything from the company. I tried to contact and have gotten no response
