Absolutely terrible. A fraudulent business!!!! Can never contact them. Ordered at end of November, never received confirmation email of order but they charged my credit card. Sent me a usps tracking# 2weeks ago but it's not a valid number, usps has no record. Fighting charge and want my refund. FBI needs to remove website of fraudulent business!!!

Chillever is beyond awful and will never order from again! It’s extremely ridiculous that I placed an order on 11/28/21 and says it shipped 11/30/21 but still can’t manage to even show movement. USPS says awaiting shipment due to it being shipped with DHL. DHL hasn’t even received the shipment from Chillever meaning they aren’t actually sending out the emails once you get an email saying it has shipped. I emailed chillever on 12/8/21 asking for updates or for my money back as it shows 5-7 days for delivery after shipped. I’ll be reporting to BBB and asking for their help while I wait for my bank to help me out. My bank told me to wait until 12/22 to help me with my dispute and start an investigation with this company. I would give zero stars and will never recommend this awful terrible experience with this company and how they handle customer service.

The tracking hasnt updated since december 1st so frustrated the site says 5-7 days the company emailed me sayinf 15-20 days and ordered this nov 26th. If my order doesnt arrive this week i will demand a refund!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I would actually give zero stars as this company is awful! I ordered an ornament on Dec. 6th, never received a confirmation email or notification that my item has shipped. I tried contacting them via their online "contact us" page to inquire about the status of my order and never received a response. Going to get my money back and report to BBB.

I ordered 2 special Christmas Stockings as gifts for 2 special kids on 12/2 and the reason I ordered with Chillever was because they said it would be received before Christmas. I received an e-mail the items had shipped thru DHL with a tracking # but to date DHL has not received the package. I promptly emailed Chillever and Selena said the label is created but info is not uploaded until later and I must wait for it. I emailed her back that I just wanted to double check it would be received by Christmas as I was told. I received an email back today it wouldn’t be received until 12/27. It is too late for me to order from another company. I am beyond shocked and saddened as it might not be a big deal to this company but it is to me and my girls. I will never order from this company again and I do not recommend them at all!!!

I ordered a dirt bike ornament on Nov 17, 2021 I have not gotten a email or phone or anything! I have sent 2 emails trying to get a answer or some help and nothing!! Very Upset and will never recommend them to anyone. My order # is PP65955

I placed an order on Nov. 26th. Received an email that it was shipping and a tracking number. The tracking number states that the label was printed and the USPS is awaiting the item. That was on Nov. 30th. Very disappointed!!!

I ordered on Nov 24, it is Dec 15th and they still have not shipped. They sent me a shipping label but when you check the status it has not even arrived to the post office and it was printed on Nov 29th. These are a gift for my kid on Christmas Eve. I ordered with plenty of time and now they are telling to wait until Dec 22nd to look at the tracking. I will NOT be ordering from them again!
