We're so sorry for the unhappy experience with us. However, you ordered a blanket that says from Grandpa, instead of Grandma. You didn't reach out to us after placing the order or put any note in the notes section. Therefore, we only did it according to our original sample on the website. We apologize if you were not satisfied with the way we handled this situation but we cannot replace/refund the order as it was made for you only. Hope you understand.

Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry for this unhappy experience. However, the size of our v-neck is always smaller than our classic unisex. Therefore, in this case, we would recommend you change it to our unisex v-neck for a better fit. We've sent you an email in case you cannot follow up here. Thank you for your feedback. However, as we've explained in the last email, we only did it according to what we received from you. Therefore, we cannot exchange it since the shirt is customized. The best thing we could do is to offer you 30% off for a re-order and we did.
