Wonderful customer service and craftsmanship!
I ordered five personalized items for Christmas gifts, three ornaments, one wooden sign, and one canvas print. All of them were very good quality and exactly what I ordered! And, they are made here in the USA. It is their customer service department that I also need to give a really big shout out to. Four of the items didn’t make it to me on the original delivery even though the tracking number said all items were delivered. So, either some items were delivered to the incorrect address or else they were stolen from my porch. (Either way, that wasn’t the fault of Chillever). I contacted their customer service department, hoping they had some insight on the delivery tracking. They recreated and replaced my missing four personalized items and still got them shipped out to me before Christmas, at no additional charge to me. They now have a customer for life. I will look to them FIRST, especially when I need a personalized gift or a patriotic gift. And I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family as well. They truly went above and beyond with their customer service. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you to the employees at Chillever. You are ALL WONDERFUL! Natalie P.
