I ordered a Grandma sweatshirt for my sister for her birthday. It came in a timely manner, but there was a small hole in the back of the shirt. I e-mailed customer service and got a quick response. They sent a new shirt within days. Not sure why there are complaints about this company, because my experience has been excellent!
