I would give zero stars if able. The customer service is nonexistent, I have placed many orders at many places during the pandemic and they have all been delivered within 5 days, I placed an order with the childrens place, 4 items. One item was delivered after 2 weeks, still haven't received the other 3, it's going on 3 weeks now. Cant talk to anyone on the phone, it just says " high call volume " and hangs up, also emailed with no response, I will never order from them again, so just be aware future customers who are thinking of ordering online.

Be very careful with this scamming company! Placed an order online May 21st they took there entire payment. Came back on May 28th and took another 39 from my account.! There are many reviews on Facebook about this. How dare you scammers try and get over on people. During a time like this sad

I used to order from children’s place online all the time. I recently placed an order on 5/13/2020 in the amount of $138.78 (which was a authorization on my credit card); because all items where not shipped out together, every time an item shipped it was supposed to be deducted from the $138.78 (which the first 3 items where; which left the authorization amount being $122.36) On 5/22/2020, I got an alert from my CC company stating the children’s place charged $99.36 as an additional charge. I have called children’s place 20 times between 5/21/2020 & 5/27/2020 (I have talked three managers; Antonio, Marquis, & Jose) explaining to problem. They insisted that I was incorrect and had no idea what I was talking about. I emailed a screenshot of my bank statement showing that the $99.36 was posted as separate charge & not a deduction from the authorization of $122.36. Antonio first said that they will refund it and I will have it back within 3-5 days (I was fine with that because it was pending at the time). On Saturday I noticed it was posted so I called back today (5/26) and talked to Marquis and told him that it was posted and no longer a hold and that I want my money back; at that time was when I sent over the screenshot of my bank statement. Antonio had no idea why this happened but insisted that I call my bank and see what they can do. After calling the bank I called children’s place back and got Jose and informed him that they bank said I will have to file a dispute because the merchant (being children’s place) already had the funds. Jose said he will expedite this issue and I should hear from them within 3-5 days. Well tonight I got a txt from my bank at 9:01pm saying that children’s place charged my credit card again a separate charge in the amount of $7.92 (which was also supposed to be deducted from the remaining authorization amount of $122.36). Children’s place is continuing to make an error and every time I call; they tell me I am lying; and when I ask to speak to someone at corporate they tell me, “due to covid-19, corporate is closed and that there is no way possible that I can talk to anyone from corporate. They said I could send an email but Antonio told me Friday when I first called that the managers (like himself) are the ones that respond to the emails...so I ask, “why would I want to send an email of you all are the ones that respond?” Children’s place has yet to give me my money back and are continuing to charge me again for all remaining items which all has been paid for. I am told that they have to investigate my case; but while they are investigating my case, I am still being charged for items that they already have money for. For my inconvenience, they offer me $30 reward bucks....why the hell would I shop there again if they keep making errors and charging my account? All I asked for them to do was give me back the $99.36 or release the $122.36 authorization on my account because they already have taken there money twice and I was told by Marquis & Jose that they cannot do that & they have to investigate my “claim” after sending me sending them proof. I will NEVER EVER SHOP here again; and I will suggest that no one else does either because they will rob you.

Due to the sale we ordered some new summer clothes on May 16, my order is still processing for half my items! I’ve sent multiple emails and attempted many phone calls to reach anyone. The phone number automatically disconnects when waiting for a representative. I understand and am patiently waiting but if I’ve waited 10 days already and my order is still processing how long will it really take to get my order. My child may need the next size up depending when they decide to send my order. At the very least an update on my order would be nice.

They shipped two items at a time. STILL, HAVENT RECEIVED IT!!!! They took out multiple payments totaling WELL OVER the amount stated. goofies,

Le pire endroit où acheter en ligne. Depuis maintenant une semaine, ils ont pas envoyer ma commande. Le pire c'est que ils répondent jamais au téléphone ni au courriels. J'ai ai fait un achat chez Carter's un jour après ils ont envoyé tout. Lundi je vais ouvrir un litige. NB: je retire l'étoile

I ordered from The Children's Place on May 12th because they are having a 60-70% off storewide/ online sale. I understand that shipping is taking longer than usual lord knows I have so many Amazon orders out there I am still waiting on. HOWEVER I most definitely am not pleased that they have taking multiple transactions out that I did not make. I guarantee they are doing this because they will file bankruptcy so they are stealing from all customers and do so by drawing you in with the sale. I ordered $143.43 of product and saved $201. Since May 12th I have had 11 transactions come out totaling $846.50. I have bought from the actual store multiple times so I had no reason to believe they would do this. I cancelled my card because I noticed this going last night after my bank was closed and The Childrens Place customer service. After multiple attempts today on calling The Childrens Place, it finally went through and I got a hold of someone. What a joke that was. She went through the transactions they supposedly made and told me they only charge when they ship. No lady, your company is committing fraud and overcharging customers. I can't believe how often they are doing this to people after reading the reviews now. I really do believe they are about to file bankruptcy. Customer is blaming my bank and after talking to my bank they are saying it's the Children's Place. I filed a Dispute on all transactions made from this company since i have not received but 1 item so far. I had The Children's Place send me all transactions they supposedly made and we will see how long it will take to get all my money back now.

I placed an order on their website, but the package was lost. I sent them the report from Canada Post, and yet still, 2 month later, I'm still struggling to get a refund. It's impossible to get through by phone, and no one ever replies to my emails. Their service is shameful and UNACCEPTABLE! J'ai passé une commande sur leur site que j'ai jamais reçu. J'ai envoyé la preuve du rapport de Canada Post. Malgré tout ça, DEUX mois plus tard, je continue à me battre pour me faire rembourser!!! Impossible de les appeler (personne répond) et ils répondent jamais aux nombreux courriels. C'est juste honteux et INACCEPTABLE comme service !
