Waiting for 10%refind
I was told I would receive 10% refund on my $191 purchase as I was offered a 10% “welcome” discount after I made my purchase. It as been one week …no refund. Very disappointed Michelle Reily 6159579466

Terrible and dishonest
I had to pay expensive custom fees (12 euros) when the package arrived in France though I had already paid shipping costs on the website. Of course, Childuniverse never said anything about such a fee when I purchased the item on their website and never answered to my email afterwards. I feel completely robbed.

Very disappointed
The directions to build the bookshelf are AWFUL. One of the holes in the shelf doesn’t even match up with the part that’s supposed to get attached to it. The shelves are so flimsy. If it didn’t take forever to build, I’d take it apart and return it in a heartbeat. I’m afraid to even open the toy shelf… I’m considering returning it.

STAY AWAY!
STAY AWAY!! Product is made of flimsy materials and it’s very dangerous and could collapse or fall on your babies. Their reviews on their website are altered to only reflect positive but they removed all the negative. I found their Etsy account after ordering and saw REAL reviews. (See photos for honest reviews on their flimsy children’s furniture) Placed an order and saw reviews and was terrified. Messaged them 6 minutes after the order was placed to cancel it. They responded 6 minutes later trying to get me not to cancel. I responded asking for a refund, they completely ignored me after that when they initially responded right away. I sent over 5 emails. I called my credit card company now, they will be doing an investigation and charge this company back. Very shady company who is trying to keep my money instead of cancelling and refunding my order! Do not make the mistake I made and save yourself a call to your credit card company.

Never received items!

Despite two requests for updates on the…
Despite two requests for updates on the status of my order and shipping I did not get any answers. I ordered this (no personalization) and it did not arrive in time for Easter. I have to check the post office to see if it's even here yet. I will be returning this item if and when it ever arrives.
