Never received purchase
I ordered on 2/13, it is now 3/9 and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is not exactly helpful or friendly.

Can’t get a hold of customer support
I ordered this a month ago, had express shipping (3-6 days) but haven’t received item. Got an email to review the item that hasn’t arrived which concerned me. Also the last update on the tracking was from over 2 weeks ago. I emailed support TWICE & haven’t gotten a response. I just want to make sure the item is actually on the way but it’s been impossible to get a response from anyone so writing this hoping it will help.

Item Not delivered scam
Ordered item to be delivered nov 7 on Etsy. Item was never delivered and never tracked in ups. They would not offer a refund only a discount on future purchase. They said their factory in Ukraine was destroyed but still have the crappy ethics to be publishing fast shipping for Christmas even though customer items ordered in October still haven’t been delivered. As far as I’m Concerned this is a scam

Still have not received my order well…
Still have not received my order well past the original estimated delivery timeframe, which should reflect potential delays. I purchased this bookshelf over another company's because of the earlier estimated delivery, so this was misleading.

Ordered this on 10/19/23 for a gift for my nephew's birthday party on 11/5 and still don't even have a tracking update. Will not be ordering again

I purchased this item on September 13th and have yet to receive confirmation it has shipped. I continue to receive emails about my experience so I am now wondering where my item it?
