Great product & customer service!
Great product, great customer service, .. shipping is a bit long, but worth the wait. There was an issue with my original order, but they worked hard to correct it and made it right in the end. Very happy with my product.

Easy order experience
The purchase experience was easy and the toy is high quality, handmade, and as described, just smaller than I was expecting. The only minor complaint is that it took a month to arrive, but now that I know that this is an overseas company, I understand why. I'm glad I ordered it early so that I could have it well before Christmas.

Excellent Quality Name Puzzle
The shipping of my item took longer than I realized but when I received the name puzzle it was exactly what I wanted for my granddaughter. It’s beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent! Customer service kept me informed of the status of shipment frequently. I’d buy again from Child Universe.

Friendly customer service
Customer service agent reached out to me about my 1 star review and sent another bookcase. This was a year after my original purchase, so it was a nice surprise. The new one is smaller but sturdier. I found the customer service agents, Yuliia and Yuliya, to be very friendly and caring.
