Good communication and followed through on their word

The order did take a while but the customer service is great. I did have an issue with my order but they were very responsive and helpful.

The product itself is high quality but takes quite a while to arrive. I was not in a hurry to receive my name board but people need to be aware that it will be a long wait.

My product was received broken during the shipping process, as can happen, but child universe was quick to correct the problem and send out a replacement. The communication to get that done was excellent!

Our puzzle turned out great! My godson loved it and plays with it all the time!

Although I ordered it almost a month early so it could arrive before Christmas, it did not. However, my niece was only a month old so she didn't miss it. It did eventually arrive and the product was in great shape and good quality.

Did not receive orders before xmas as promised! Yuliya from customer service made things right and followed through until I received them! Yuliya showed excellent customer service skills and definitely can tell she takes pride in her company! I will definitely order from them again!
