Hello Sarah Could you please tell the truth? You ordered the first dress in US2, when you received dress you said: "The reason I am needing to return is because it is too small. I just had a baby and I thought that it would fit me but unfortunately in the bust area it is too small and will not zip up" on June 10th, then we gave you return address on June 11st, you said "I will return as I already ordered a new dress with custom measurements. I will send back this week. Thankyou", then we replied you that please send us tracking number on June 11st, from June 11st till we got this bad review, we didn't get any of your email, so we are so confused that you said "I have reached out multiple times to the business and no return calls or emails. Do not recommend" all email need to replied within 24 hours even in the weekend. For the second dress which you ordered on June 9th and you got it in June 28th, we didn't get any off your feedback till now. All dresses in our site are our real design, there is DMCA protection icons in our site: https://www.dmca.com/r/gkmj542, I really can't understand you said "dress looked nothing the picture", why you ordred from us again?

Hello Flora This is a standard size dress after all, it can't be changed according to different size of body, we have listed all measurements for you to confirm, you just replied "Size US22,Color Rust", once dress can't fit well, you put all mistake in our site but never care you are not really in US22, without any communication with us before, you just left bad review here. If you want to incriminate yourself, why bother?

Hello Jaquaya All of your email are full of disrespect and reprimands, you gave Bust: 51.5Waist: 48 Hips: 50, for this custom measurements, the dress can't be same as picture shown, you have confirmed it, once dress can't fit well, there must be 2 reaons, 1) seller made dress wrongly, 2), measurements provided are not accurate, so we tell you to show us photos when you measure yourselves or dress, we can send full payment back if it's our problem to make dress wrongly, but you don't want give us any photos and just said "your service is crappy and would definitely not recommend it to anyone", since there is problem, we need to solve problem after all, once we asked for photo, then you said bad service, there is no respect at all

it's a scam, buyer said she didn't receive package, then we report this case to UPS express, after investigation, UPS express sent us delivery notification, UPS express is Unite State based express company, they told us that they have called buyer, buyer has confirmed dress was delivered, but buyer told us that she didn't receive dress and asked for fll payment, that's so crazy, then this review become Very poor customer service. we have blocked all furture payment from this buyer.

If you want to incriminate yourself, why bother? once a standard size can't fit you well, then dresses are not true to size, full of lies, once we get dress back, of course we will send refund back otherwise there will be dispute in the bank, we don't know whether it's our customers, according to your name, we can't find your order.

For standard size dresses, they can't be changed according to different body types, once dresses can't fit well, then it becomes our dresses aren't ture to size, and never care whether you are not really in these size. For the same size, so some customers either said the size is large or small, which are both incorrect. they are standard size dresses after all and can't be changed to flatter different body shape. For each standard size dresses, we need to put them into the corresponding size mannequin to check and take photos before shipping, only when the dress fits the mannequin well will it be sent. That's the reason why we can make sure our dresses run true to size. For each standard size order, our customers can request us to take photos of the dresses before shipping, because we will take photos for each dress in the corresponding size mannequin before shipping
