The dress was not the actual size the tail way to long super heavy and the experience with the company was no a good one The dress has 2 open slips and it the picture it was just one

I ordered 3 different color swatches - the order arrived with one color(3) all the same (pink). When I checked the order, it showed 3different colors. If I ordered 3, they were supposed to be free. Then at check out, I was charged $7 for shipping. The 3 swatches could have been mailed in an envelope with one regular postage stamp, which would have saved me over $6 shipping.

They don’t make the dress according to the size you request so order way bigger than you intend the dress to be. I had to return a dress learning the hard way. I was promised complementary free rush shipping and this never happened. By time you purchase a dress get it altered because this company cannot seem to get the sizing right you might as well have purchased a dress from a local store because you end up spending more this way. I was one of 6 bridesmaids and 3 peoples straps broke before the wedding started.

The dress looks nothing like the website. It’s false advertising. It’s obvious my dress and the other 4 bridesmaids dresses were sewed by an inexperienced seamstress. The custom made measurements for my dress were way off, too loose at the top and too tight at the bottom. Plus the material and color is misleading on the website. Trying to get a refund on my dress was difficult and annoying!

The whole wedding party dress broke a part at some point in time. The dresses easily stained from anything. Tried to dry steam the dress & the material went to fading. Just a horrible experience & highly do not recommend

I ordered this dress for a wedding and it broke before I could even walk down the aisle.

You would not allow me to order two sizes so that I could try one on and return one you are unreasonable and you do not meet customers needs. Also your delivery time frame is too long completely unacceptable. I am canceling my order.
