My bridesmaids dresses we’re beautiful! Each girl was able to choose a different fit, they flowed together well and were beautiful In the photos. They also were able to move and dance in them!

The dress even though beautiful was not custom made like I asked it to be. The material was beautiful and color was rich. I really love the dress and so did the bride. The hips were too big and the dress was way too long and so it did not fit properly. So, I took the dress to be altered and it turned out anmaz and fit well. I reached out to customer service a couple times and no one offered any real solutions until Zhoa Allision. She suggested a partial refund and that covered the alteration cost and that made me feel much better. Thanks Zhoa. I wore the dress to the wedding and received many compliments on it.

Quick response time. The only thing I hate is that you can't return a plus size dress. I had to reorder another one. But I over all you all website is great

I ordered a custom size maid of honor dress for my friend's wedding. I was nervous because of the mixed reviews that I read, I wasn't sure if I was measuring myself correctly, And I've never heard of Chicsew. Customer service emailed me within a couple of days to confirm the color and measurements. The dress arrived quicker than expected. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is how the dress was wrapped up like a meatloaf. Even with that, the dress isn't that wrinkled, I would have steamed it anyway. The color doesn't look good on my pale skin but that's not Chicsew's fault. As maid of honor, it's my duty to wear what the bride wants me to. I gave 5 stars because the custom measurements worked out perfectly and the quick delivery. I would use ChicSew in the future.

When I first ordered my dress, I failed to select the correct color that I needed. Immediately I emailed the company with my issue and shortly after I received a response, ensuring me that the tailors are aware of the current discrepancy and will fix it. I was worried, but it resulted in me receiving the exact color and size of dress, which fits perfectly. They were very professional. I would definitely order from again.

Our wedding is in 6 months and we wanted to be sure the dress would be a great fit so we ordered one only just in case and I’m glad we did!!!! There was effective communication throughout the ordering and purchasing process, timeliness of shipping, and the material is great! The dress fits my daughter a little big in the hip area only, but we ordered by size instead of custom measurements to have a little room, nothing a little tailoring won’t fix.
