I ordered 4 items with a guarantee to ship within 5-7 days. It’s now been 2 weeks so I asked to cancel and be refunded. They said they shipped 2 of the items and gave me tracking finally but they’re still in China and no where near on the way to me. The other 2 items they say they don’t have at the moment but won’t refund the amount paid. I paid $200 for everything and it’s way outside the shipping guarantee and they have no idea when they’ll have my other 2 items. I wish I could discuss quality but I have no idea when I’ll get anything. I’m so bummed. So just be careful guys.

I will never order from this company. I bought my faja and I realized neither one of them says stage two. And that’s what I needed post op. I bought it and two minutes later after realizing it emailed them to cancel. They wrote me back at 0327 am saying it was shipped. Lying company. Your website states it takes days to process. I will never order a thing from them again.
