Horrible , never had such a horrible experience with Fajas. I ordered on the 15 January today is 8 march . I received one of the 2 fajas that I ordered . The problem is, it’s not matching my order . I emailed 5 times before get something . They were saying one of the 2 fajas were out of stock and if for me it was okay another type(they send a pic) I say yes no big deal!! Thank you. After that, around 4 weeks later I got a pack . Just one faja and only the one they want (basically I received only one and it wasn’t matching the one that I ordered). Well, I emailed them asking where the faja missing , because honestly one of the 2 fajas was almost 70 dollar and the other one retail 50. Honestly really pissed because the one they send it was one on their site for 30 on sale . They text back right the way saying I’m sorry but we didint send the one for 70 cuz out of stock . I was like!? How , I emailed y’all and y’all say one was out of stock and it was the cheapest one . They answer again say sorry . We can exchange it with a brown one . I was like can I see it ? The answer was, another picture of the fajas I just got in the email for 30 $ on sale but brown. I was like no!! I want what I order thank you, I don’t really need 2 the same and plus horrible quality or compression. Plus I spend 120 for get something is half of the price!? I asked what I ordered or the refund . The answer was 4 days later , not right the way like they were doing , saying , sorry we already shipped . Nasty!!!! Horrible !!! I don’t want any of that, I want my money back and hopefully this feedback helps to close that site !! Because it’s a big and HUGE SCAM !!!! Not even 1 start I give. But -100 . And I also hope that someone that owns the site read this and close everything. Nasty it’s nothing compare how y’all are . Bleah

I ordered the wrong size, since it would cost just as much to return the item I was kindly given a discount code to purchase another item in my size, even though I couldn’t get a refund I didn’t save money to get another one which I was happy with. Great customer service.

Is trouble watch out at order 2 items? I paid $92 and I paid Express shipping. It's been a month I have received nothing!!! The quality is terrible and it runs small AF!!! The items are not the ones listed in the pictures I am mad as fuc

Scam. Website won’t return items, they will reply back that they’re “In China and will be too expensive and inconvenient to return”, no matter how many emails you reply you want to return anyway. Inconvenient?! Hahah, five days of emailing just to try and return these jeans and having to report fraud to my bank, that’s what’s inconvenient. Scam.

I placed two orders which I received after two months later and they were very small I sent them back but they did not cancel my payment. For the goods to return it cost me more than €30 I have sent emails so many times asking if they have received the goods and if they can cancel the payment because I have sent the goods back but they have not done anything about It. It cost me €130 that I made a loss. I advise you all not to purchase anything from that site!
