Product and materials are beyond expectations I love the products and just placed my new order I just hope this time it doesn’t take as long.

RUN from this company! Pure scam!! Waited a month with no order shipped, got the run-around from sketchy customer service, was told I’d have to pay a “handling fee” if they issued a refund, then stopped responding when I pressed for refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

I never received my package and chic curve used speedx delivery service and they left the package in my lobby and they want me ask around for my package. Speedx was supposed to bring package to my door. Chic curve giving me a hard time for my refund. Delivered a week ago.And it took a whole month to get here.

If I could give -100 starts I will this company is a scam don’t buy any products from this site they will steal your money. If you’re lucky you may get an item that has the lowest cheapest quality. I already reported this company to the authorities.

Absolutely the worse. These people really want the money. I made an order and they couldn’t fill it so I was asked to wait. After a week a requested a refund and they did everything and anything to keep from sending me my money back. I wanted to try their product out but now I wouldn’t order from them if they paid me. Personally I don’t do business with places that don’t respect the customer and after reading their return policy I see they just trying to keep my money and they don’t care about the customer in this case.

Please DO NOT buy anything from this website. I place an ordered on March 5th and received an email, that I would receive an email with more instruction within 5 business days. 7 days passed and I sent an email requesting an update, and they responded me a couple of days later that they didn’t have the items I purchased and if I want to choose something else. I am requesting my refund. I’m not interested in the items anymore. They are SCAMMERS!
