I love the fact that chessify is easily compatible with all operating systems. Chessify also offers far better engines with the same price than the other companies.

The chessify website offers users the option to store chess files in pgn format and analyze games with very strong cloud based chess engines. Although the idea is good, the implementation so far is rather poor with the pgn user interface still in development and very buggy. When I informed their tech service of my problems, I was asked to record my screen and the bugs ! I was already a paying customer ! So if you feel like paying a membership to help chessify debug their user interface, this is the site for you ! I recommend waiting 1 year or 2 until their product is stable before spending any money on Chessify. At the moment, it's still very much work in progress...

Dear Laurent, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Chessify. We acknowledge the issues you've encountered with the PGN editor, a relatively new addition to our platform, which we continuously work to improve. Over the last few months, we've implemented several updates, some of which were suggested by you. Notably, we've introduced features such as the ability to edit comments and a more intuitive piece movement functionality, allowing moves to be made by clicking on a square without selecting a piece first. Plus, we've fixed the bugs you reported, for which we are grateful. While recording bugs may be tiresome, it greatly assists our development team in identifying and resolving issues more effectively. Still, we do understand that as a paying customer, you expect a seamless experience. Please be assured that your feedback has been invaluable in evolving Chessify, and we hope you will see significant improvements in the near future. In the meantime, we would be grateful if you could reconsider your rating, reflecting on the recent updates and enhancements. Thank you for using Chessify.

Chessify is the best option as a one stop shop for chess analysis. You get reliable engines with both an interface to ChessBase and other programs and a web interface, competitive pricing, a very large database as part of the service, and very good customer service. Definitely recommend trying to all chess analytics needs.

Dear Pawel, thanks for such a detailed review! We're proud to know that our engines, database, and customer service are hitting the mark. Your recommendation means a lot to us.

I found the website very helpful in terms of keeping my own game collections and analyzing them with pretty strong engines. I got the basic plan, which they call an "Amateur plan", and it covers all my needs as an online player.
Response from chessify.meDec 1, 2023
Hi Betty! We're glad to hear that the Amateur plan is perfectly suiting your needs, and that you're finding our features so helpful. Thanks for sharing your experience.

VERY EXPENSIVE
Response from chessify.meMar 7, 2023
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you feel our service is expensive. We would like to point out that our prices are competitive within the industry, and we are not aware of any cheaper options available that offer unlimited cloud analysis of the same speed in addition to our other website features. We would be happy to discuss your concerns further and understand why you feel our service is expensive. Please feel free to share more details with us about similar services. Thank you!
