Customer
Its great getting really FRESH cheese Its delicious . At the stores the cheese is a mess , wrapped poorly and people squeeze it like their buying melons. Now I can get my cheese fresh wrapped And I love it . Delivery was next day , and the ice bags were still frozen . Fantastic !!!

Best grilled cheese I've ever eaten! I ordered the grilled cheeseboard, made a grilled cheese as I normally would but with with their cheese, and WOW was it an experience. Only thing that changed was the cheese I used, and it was the best grilled cheese I've ever had. What really made the difference was the caramelized onion jam that came with the order, just perfect.

Im very pleased with the product but what was most impressive was how The Cheese Lover Shop packaged my cheese. It came to me very cold and the ice packs were still frozen which brought a smile to my face. I've bought perishable items from a huge competitor and have been continually experiencing products being thawed when they say you'll receive them frozen or very cold. Thank you again and keep up the good work.

The Rouge River Smokey Blue was out of this world. I will definitely order again. The Camembert was excellent. That's all I've tried so far. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

UPDATE: The CLS really redeemed themselves. Tonight, I received both boxes that I had ordered previously. They did not have to do this. Good customer service makes you feel heard and appreciated as a customer. Yes, they have no control over delivery issues but it is still super frustrating. When I orginally placed my order, I wanted to try the truffle cheese. This box was lost and I received a credit to use later. This box was ordered 3/23/21 and arrived 4/16/21. I order my second box with the credit. This box was also lost/there was a delay with delivery. It was supposed to arrive 4/14 and arrived 4/16/21. The ice packs were melted and not cool. So, I have placed 2 orders - one that was shipped next day and arrived 3+ weeks later and one that was shipped 2 day and arrived after 5 days. I was told after the 2nd order that they had no control over Fed Ex. BUT-you had control to give me a credit after the first order. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Update: Hi Cindy - what a relief. I am glad we finally worked this out and FedEx managed to deliver in timely manner this time around. We hope to see you soon on cheeselovershop.com and, 100% all customer's voices are heard and we will always take the necessary steps to make it right. For the love of cheese! :) Original Response: Hi Cindy - thank you for sharing your frustrating feedback with us. Please know we share them with you. You indeed placed your 1st order on March 23rd and WE shipped it the very same day. You and I have been back and forth and it took almost 3 weeks for FedEx to deliver. The main contributing factor for this was the snow storm that hit TX earlier in the month and FedEx Memphis hub was overflooded of packages. This is out of our control. For the 2nd shipment, you ordered April 10th (we do not ship on Saturday) and we shipped your new package on Monday April 12th. Here again and unfortunately we ran out of luck with FedEx since it took them 4 days to deliver your package instead of 2-days we pay for. As I tried to explain, FedEx schedule is out of our control and while we have an excellent service level with them, sometimes they drop the ball- and yes this is unfortunate. Last we exchanged, the parcel was still in transit and my advice at that point was to call FedEx and see what was the hurdle.....I will reach you privately to resolve this but again we did everything in an efficient manner on our side. Warmly - Sebastien
