Ordering is easy
Ordering is easy. Delivery is quick, however, any coupon codes that have been sent do not work. That is disappointing.
Response from cheeselovershop.comMay 2, 2022
Hi Valerie - thank you very much for writing a review and glad you are enjoying our services. Very sorry about the coupon situation though, and it could be sometimes something a bit tricky with coupon expiration, limited coupons usages (while not redeemed if entered and left the page, the system will accrue it as used) or minimum value to order for the coupon to workout. One of our most popular coupon I would strongly encourage you to try is "secretcheese" for a secret cheese added to your shipment. In any case, please send me an email and I can look to refund 10% of your first order. Warmly - Sebastien

I thought our box would have a bit more guidance on how to assemble it like the sample but overall it was a good experience.

Very good cheese yet gel packing not recyclable
Very good cheese. It has broadened my choices Yet I am concerned about the packing material. The frozen gels look like they are not biodegradable. I can recycle the study box. Not the foam. But the gels have me the most concerned, since when their coverings break, the gel could easily spread. I order fish which is packed in dry ice. This may be too cold for the cheese. Of so I would if I were you consider ice (water) packs.

Hi Cornelia - thank you very much for your feedback and sharing your concerns. Please note FedEx does not allow Dry Ice because of the risk associated with the product (toxic and explosive). For the rest, we TOTALLY AGREE with you! We are running out of our current packaging inventory and are integrating a few things: our shipping box is now kodiakotton - 100% recyclable and sustainable component, along with moving toward EnviroIce gel packs that you can either discard, recycle of feed your plant. We are in the process of rolling everything out. You can find more here: https://www.cheeselovershop.com/our-eco-friendly-packaging/ Many thanks for your sharing this with us. Happy Holidays - Sebastien

Cheeses n packaging
Great tasting cheeses! Only downside was one came with a pierced packaging and I was unable to try, otherwise all other items were packaged beautifully.

I would like to veto certain items that went into my charcuterie box. I loved how many items I received but I don’t eat olives or anything with jalapeños so I threw all those items away and that seemed a waste
Response from cheeselovershop.comNov 8, 2021
Hi Lauren - thank you for taking the time to write a review about your package. Food waste is not what we are aiming for. I'll reach out privately to discuss further. We always encourage to leave a message if there are specific cheese or complementary items you do not eat. Talk Soon - Sebastien
