FedEx shipped our package and it was a day late , cheese was hit when it arrived . Woth out question they are shipping us a new order overnight. How wonderful is that for customer service.

Hi Bart - thank you for your kind words with this review. Unfortunately, FedEx has a good service level 98%_+, but it happens to have delayed delivery and when dealing with perishable in the summer, there is no room for being late. I am glad we could accommodate and find a solution that work for you! thank you - Sebastien

Love the Brie
Love the Brie. We found the brand in Hawaii and could not get it locally so I went online to get it. We order the big bag every couple of months. It's easy and the delivery is quality. Well packed and gets to my door cold. Neighbors broke into my last order while bringing it into the house. I think you may have a new customer.
