CheerbleReviews of cheerble.com

Cheerble ran a campaign on kickstarter that they marked as successful, but the product never materialized and they never fulfilled the rewards. They went silent after November 10, 2024 (their last empty promise to refund) and all told collected $388,000 from their victims. They should not enjoy a trustworthy rating.

The material is very fragile and was easily broken in the first play session (other cheap play balls usually last for months). The product is also easily unscrewed and pops open while our dog plays with it, even if we tighten the ball fully.

Cheerble Bal purchased in may, never working well even after a change from the reseller : stille going on erratic mode. My cat is afraid of it. I tried to wait but the mode red is always activacted... So sorry, it was nice but not going well

Order placed June 22nd. It's the 26th and all they've done is print the shipping label. Their website guarantees shipping within 24 hours. Shipping. Not printing the label. It has not shipped 4 days later.

I backed a project on Kickstarter 3 years ago, and the item has never been shipped and seemingly never been made. Updates have been sparse with little to no information, and it feels like a complete scam. They have violated Kickstarter's terms of service because they have not delivered their product.

My fountain arrived without the artificial stone and I do not see the built in stainless steel filter. I am waiting to see if I can get help through their email contact. The phone number provided goes to a message in a Chinese language which I don’t speak. UPDATE MAY 17 As promised stone and filtered did come after my complaint above. Now I find that it leaks all over the place just as others have reported. Its useless though it looks like a nice design

I was waiting for the delivery today to give to my friend’s dog for Christmas. When I got the alert that it was delivered. I immediately checked outside. No package AT ALL on my front porch. Checked my mailbox, the nearby surroundings, and I even asked my neighbors. Nothing. Cheerble also doesn’t provide a reliable way of contacting customer support. Can’t even get a refund, since the company very conveniently doesn’t have a formal way of reporting issues with delivery other than emailing “customer support”. I’ve noticed they’re very quick to blame the courier and say that they hold zero responsibility of any situations such as this. Honestly, this was an absolute waste of time and money. At this point, the company only care about sucking money out of its buyers instead of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Great concept. But my dogs chewed through the button in under an hour and i can no longer turn it on.
