I have had an Elfin (now Cheerble) E1+ fountain for over a year. It has worked great and has had no issues for the entire time I have had it. However, I decided to wash it in the dishwasher instead of by hand a couple of days ago and the plastic water container warped and caused the impeller (pump) to stop working. I contacted customer support and they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. They were even willing to help me with the issue despite my unit being out of warranty. I would definitely recommend this product and brand to anyone with pets!

My 2 cats LOVE their Elfin fountain! I have had it for 2 years and I love the stainless steel top component. One of my cats gets skin allergies and she has not had any skin irritations near her face/chin with this fountain! The other reason why I bought it was because of how easy and quick it is to clean! No pump filter that I need to take apart and spend a long time cleaning.. it takes me less than 5 minutes to fully deal this fountain and its parts! I love this fountain and so do my cats. I will continue to use this fountain for a long time!

Purchased a E1+ water fountain on Amazon. The fountain works great and everything was exactly as described. Unfortunately, a long time after making my purchase I had something fell off a high shelf and land on the fountain which resulted in damage to the device. I reached out to the company to see what options I had for replacement without any kind of warranty. They responded super quickly and shared with me how I can go about getting the part I needed. It isn't something they typically sell so I was VERY surprised at how they went the extra mile for their customer- especially because the damage had nothing to do with their product quality and was 100% user error. These days it is rare to find companies who stand behind their products AND have good customer service- but Cheerble does both!

We had a few issues with the delivery due to the 3rd party courier, but Sammy from Elfin Fountain was fantastic throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, chased the courier on our behalf, & worked hard to arrange the redelivery of our fountain. We've now received it & we're really happy with both the product & the service received. A big thank you to Sammy, great company all round, highly recommend.

Cats love the fountain. The parts are simple and easy to clean compared to other water fountains where some pieces are near impossible to completely scrub down. Shipping is easy and quick. Customer service is very helpful as well. Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased the Cheerble D1 Pro fountain. It worked great for 2 weeks but then it randomly stopped. It was making a noise that sounded like the impeller was trying to spin but couldn’t and no water would flow through. I reached out to the company via the chat option on their website. They were quick to respond with some trouble shooting instructions. When that didn’t work, they were quick to offer me a full refund that I got back on my credit card in about 4 days. I understand sometimes products malfunction and it’s possible to get a lemon. I’m not upset about it as these things happen. But the company kindly and promptly took care of the issue. I really loved the set up of the fountain and how easy it is to clean. The base with electrical components is completely separate so it’s super easy to unsnap the top to refill and clean. I love that there is no submerged pump! I plan to purchase another D1 Pro next week through the Cheerble store on Amazon to get quicker shipping. I have their E1 Lite fountain in my bedroom for the cats and I absolutely love that one too! I plan on putting one in every room of my house for my cats. Highly recommend these fountains!

The E1+ Fountain is the best. No pump means less issues to deal with. I love that I can charge these to use wireless and put it anywhere in my home so I can move my 2 fountains as often as I want to. I got my two fountains when they were still crowdsourcing at the very beginning and both are still working exactly as they did day 1!
