CheerbleReviews of cheerble.com

We ordered a wicked ball for our very active Labrador. She was in love with it immediately. It has been entertaining and interactive for her. Customer service was also quick and helpful when we had a piece come off. They were willing to replace or exchange with simple proof required.

Received the Cheerble dog toy (ball) and our dog loves playing with it. I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that a power charging cord was not shipped with the ball and took more than a month to have it shipped to me. Otherwise works as stated.

Great exchange interaction with Cheerbie! Their customer service team was friendly and professional, making the exchange process smooth and simple. I received generic but clear instructions about the entire process. While I value quick responses and resolutions, I wish my communication had felt more personalized instead of like a automated reply. Overall, my experience was excellent, and Cheerbie genuinely prioritized my satisfaction. I will definitely return here again.

I got 2 toys from Cheerble for my dog: the wickedbone and one of the wicked balls. I didn't read carefully enough about the material the bone is made from, and I realized that my dog tends to pick up and drop toys. He is tall enough that it would probably break after a few drops from his height. The shipping took a long time and the tracking from the Shop app wasn't very helpful, but they ship all the way from China so I guess that makes it harder. I reached out to customer service for a return of the bone, and they were so wonderful. Their replies were considerate and kind! I chose to keep my wicked ball, which my dog loves, though I decided I wanted to return the bone. Overall I was most impressed with the customer service. Bearing in mind your dogs play style, if they aren't a heavy chewer and aren't prone to throwing/dropping toys from their mouths, I would say this is a very neat set of toys. The company seems dedicated to maintaining a good reputation and taking care of customers. Thank you, Cheerble, for the excellent customer service!

This is a very attractive product with simple packaging, and ease of use. My dog is very entertained.

I recently gave a 1 star review to Cheerble and want to withdraw my comments. First, my reason for the 1st review: We ordered the Wicked bone on Dec. 5 and was expecting a confirmation that our order was received. The payment was received so I panicked. I contacted the company and they contacted me immediately. The mistake was on my part and I take full responsibility. I do wish the Cheerble company would send a confirmation notice and thus the reason for the 4-stars review. Now for the true review. This toy is so creative and we all have so much fun, (dog included) watching our dog play with the Wickedbone Smart Bone! This is a high quality, durable product that charges on usb and runs on an app. The parent has the choice to run a manual program or automatic that activates when touched. Sometimes there is a delay, but we found the delay sometimes catches our dog off guard. I worry about his chewing the ends or "tires", but if that's the case, we have the option to buy replacements. We have ZERO regrets on this product and highly recommend the Wickedbone Smart Bone for your dog! I give this product 5-Stars!

Ball arrived with the spinner inside not working, just making a loud noise. I contacted cheerble, I never even got a response back, via email. $70 waste of money. Terrible customer service. If the ball worked as promised, or they actually responded. I expect this review would be alot different. Edit: Cheerble contacted me and sent me a replacement ball. I appreciate it. I'll up it to 5stars once it's been used a bit and survives.

Slow delivery, but everything got here after about month. As soon as the ball started moving our cat went crazy for it. Was a bit skeptical, but the ball is great!
