no refund for 2x drinkie dispensers

I backed Drinkie on Kickstarter because it looked like an amazing idea and I wanted the best for my pet. I was Backer #1456, and to this day, I have never received anything. No product, no real updates, just the same repeated excuses over and over again. It’s honestly so frustrating. We supported this project in good faith, and they completely broke that trust. They took money from thousands of us and then just disappeared into vague promises about production and shipping that never happened. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know what happened. I would love to either finally get what I paid for or get a refund, anything that shows they actually care about their customers. Until then, I really can’t recommend this company to anyone.

I backed the Drinkie on Kickstarter, and it became clear that Cheerble wouldn't be able to deliver the product. No problem, sometimes things don't work out. I followed their instructions on requesting a refund. I am still waiting, with no updates.

I'm backer 478, and it was over a year ago that they said they were processing refunds for the Drinkie on Kickstarter that they never sent out. I haven't gotten a refund and neither have lots of other people. Don't trust them. Don't order from them. Don't back them on any other platforms.

I backed the Drinkie product on Kickstarter back in September of 2021. I have still not received a refund for my pledge, and I highly doubt that I will receive any money back. Communication from this company has been severely lacking. Avoid this scam of a company.

I backed Cheerble’s Drinkie project on Kickstarter in January 2022, and after years of delays, they announced the project was scrapped and refunds would be issued. It’s now November 2025, and I’ve received no refund and no communication from the company. Their last Kickstarter update was November 10, 2024, and since then they’ve gone completely silent. I’m out almost $300 and have lost all trust in this company. Cheerble has shown zero accountability or transparency. I would strongly advise others not to trust or support them until they make things right with their original backers.

FRAUDULENT! Dishonest company! STOLE MONEY via Kickstarter on a campaign, with added extras! at a later date - but failed to produce the product altogether in the end. They promised to refund everyone, but never did. Request after request, multiple emails... nothing. SUCH A FRAUD of a company. DO NOT BUY anything from them.

Ran a Kickstarter campaign but couldn’t produce the product. Promised refunds, but never actually refunded despite making us jump through hoops to put in a request. They essentially stole the money then went quiet. Do not trust them with your money!
